About the Saint:
St. Jude Thaddeus was one of the Twelve Apostles chosen by Jesus Christ. Often confused with Judas Iscariot, St. Jude remained steadfastly loyal to Jesus throughout His ministry and after the Resurrection. According to tradition, he preached the Gospel in Mesopotamia and Persia, where he was martyred for the faith. St. Jude became known as the patron of impossible causes because of his powerful posthumous intercession in desperate situations. His faithful witness to Christ reminds believers that God’s help is available even in the most challenging circumstances, inspiring hope when all seems lost.
