About the Saint:
St. Rita of Cascia was a wife, mother, and later an Augustinian nun who endured suffering with remarkable grace. Known as the “Saint of Impossible Causes,” she exemplified forgiveness and devotion through difficult circumstances. After the violent deaths of her husband and sons, she entered religious life and received a mystical wound on her forehead, sharing in Christ’s suffering. St. Rita inspires those facing seemingly impossible situations to trust in God’s plan.
